Howdy,

Does anyone know of any issues with creating exceptionally wide tables (> 1000) columns? I've heard something about Vertica having trouble generating explain plans with very wide tables. Is that true?

Hi,

Is there a any way to enhance the performance of queries using the LIMIT option? It seems like if I am querying large tables, even adding a LIMIT 1 still takes a long time...
