Is there a way in which I can tell the highest number of concurrent connections that my database has had over a period of time?, say for the past 6 months?

I think its because you are logged in as database superuser. DB password actually required for remote connection.

From within admintools, after choosing option 4 (Stop Database), then typing an incorrect database password when asked, the database still gets shut down. Why doesn't admintools report that I entered the wrong password?!?!
