This move has me worried also. We are thinking of increasing our licence size, but now I am not sure if we should if Vertica will be discontinued. But, I really do not think that is possible?

So I have a bunch of directories in my data directory that have the prefix CpD...
Example:
drwxrwx--- 3 dbadmin verticadba 4096 May 1 21:24 CpD_1461
Anyone know what these directories are for?

Norbert, thanks for the reply! I looked at your example and realized I had the BZIP keyword in the wrong location of the copy command. It has to be right after the file name; I had it at the end after the DIRECT keyword. After I moved it, I was able to load the data. Duh!
