Restore Lost Node from other Nodes

Scenario: I wipe a node
Database(s) keep running -- the cluster has all the data.
Normally, I restore a backup for the node (with a little help from AHMBackupManagement), and that goes fine.
Instead, can the nodes database(s) be restored from scratch, in their entirety, from the remaining nodes?
