Difference between dbadmin and psedosuperuser role

Hi All,
Here is my first question.
What is the difference between dbadmin and pseudosuperuser role?
I see that both are same in terms of privileges.

Thanks for the information.
But using PSEUDOSUPERUSER, one can grant oneself the dbadmin role and voila..!

Wrong again
. one can create users too. We should try and run the commands rather just interpreting the docs.
