Is it possible to freely redistribute vertica jdbc driver?
If not, are the end-users of my application supposed to install driver manually?
Thanks!

The EUL agreement for the drivers does state this:

So I would think if you are creating some sort of third party software to sell yourself that connects to Vertica using Vertica's JDBC drivers that users of your product would have to install the JDBC drivers on their own. This is true if you down load open source clients like dBeaver and dbVisualizer. You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the Software.
But I am not sure
