After creating a new database on the cluster !! i got this error
vsql
vsql: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host "???" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5433?
- i can connect to database with adminTools , but not with vsql or from external client!!

Can you connect if you specify the host when using the vsql command?
i.e.

The error was solved !!! the node i wa trying to start the vsql was down !!
- restarted vertica on the host and everything worked perfect !!

Even after I restart vertica on host there is still can connect.How can I do plz ?

Chekc the logs , of the specific host !
Place this on the forum , or maybe you will see the error inside the log !! that is the first place you look !
