All Nodes leave the cluster

Hi,

We had an issue with Vertica DB last wekend.
We have 3 nodes in the cluster, and all 3 nodes left the cluster crashing the DB.
The following error message is captured in the log -

Saw membership message 6144 on Vertica:all
Removing #node_c#N010000202103->v_stgvertica_node0003 from processToNode and other maps due to departure from Vertica:all

The DB had to be restarted manually.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I would highly recommend working with support to identify a root cause. There could be more going on which requires a diagnostics.
