How secure is drop database from admintools?

Howdy,

When I drop a database from admintools, I see the message "Dropping database irrevocably destroys ALL data. Type 'yes' to confirm."

I type yes, hit enter and the database is dropped. I checked the file system and the database directory along with all the files are gone.

But how secure is this really? Can that data be recovered by a hacker?
